Introducing sweet Ferdinand, a 1 year old Great Pyr named for Ferdinand the Bull, the story book bull who would rather smell flowers than fight. In fact he is a real lover boy, turning heads and nabbing hearts. He seems to have been well taken care of by his former family because he's clean, nicely brushed, and well fed. Upon getting settled in his foster home he was more than well-mannered for bath time and quite excited to strut around all fresh and clean. He is such a happy boy, joyful and exuberant.
At play time he is just like any other happy go lucky overgrown ball of fluff. He is curious and wants to check out his surroundings and then play play play! At night time he is quite the protector sleeping right next to the bed and ready to gently greet you in the morning. He is even certain to bark to let you know when he is ready to go out although he may not want to come in if there is a chance for an early morning rumble with a furry foster sibling.
Ferdinand is a great catch. A home with lots of attention, room to play and possibly a permanent playmate will be perfect for this handsome, confident, loving boy.
