Please meet Willa, a 1 ½ year old Great Pyrenees who, due to unforeseeable circumstances, has left the only home she has known. But her beloved humans knew through SPIN she would have the best shot at finding the perfect family to love on her. Willa has been spent most of her life outdoors. But now her sights are set on being inside a cozy house where she can be doted on. She loves attention and never tires of pets and snuggles. She loves to go for walks. Exercise is very important to her. Willa is now getting settled in her foster home and although she is doing well with her foster furry siblings, the change has been hard on her and she misses her big brother. Great Pyrenees are such sensitive creatures. Her heart must have been broken with all the changes in her world. She does seem to understand she is safe and every day she is showing Foster Dad a little more of her personality. Foster Dad is taking it slow and easy with her in order to allow Willa to whisper what she hopes to find in her new (and final) home. As she is used to having a mate, this will be a big consideration for her to feel secure and happy. She will need to find a family who understands she has a lot to learn while adjusting from being an outdoor to an indoor dog. Willa is truly a little lady and she is going to love being someone’s special pet.  This is a real sweet girl who deserves the very best.
 

Spin Pyrs are all in foster homes in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.  Potential adopters are asked to make travel arrangements if they live elsewhere.
