Meet January. He was born approximately October 28, 2015. He came to SPIN with as part of a litter, each named for a month of the year. January is fostered with his littermate brother, November, and is the more outgoing of the two. Not that November is shy, January just has a little more edge. He is the first of the two to try something/anything new. It was no coincidence he was named after the FIRST month.
January and November are learning so much in their temporary home to get a head start on their road to becoming wonderful dogs. They are working on house manners, basic commands, crate training and leash walking. It is a lot of work being a puppy! But then there is lots of play time, January’s favorite lesson of all. With affection Foster Mom says, “January is a fat, little, feisty puppy who loves explore and is very curious. Loves to play!”
January is hoping to find a home where he can continue his training with someone who is patient and allows a mistake every now and then. A home where he can always be social and have a canine companion. A home that can give him all the attention and love he desires. He won’t be a puppy forever. In the right home he is going to become a magnificent dog. He is going to know it was you who took him in and helped him grow and for that, forever is exactly how long he is going to love you. January requires a canine companion and he is available at this time ONLY to local fosters/adopters as his vetting is not complete

Spin Pyrs are all in foster homes in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.  Potential adopters are asked to make travel arrangements if they live elsewhere.
All SPIN dogs are spayed or neutered, current on vaccinations and on heartworm prevention.  Please go to our website www.SpinRescue.org and fill out an application for this great Great Pyrenees!  For the most current information and pictures, don't miss our Facebook Page https://www.facebook.com/SPINrescue
