This is Freckles. She and her furry sister, Katarina, are seeking a new home. Sadly their beloved owner has become physically unable to care for them as she has over the last few years. They are both wonderful girls, fully housetrained, and sweet as they come.
Freckles, named for the light dusting of angel kisses on her nose, is a pretty Pyr approximately 4-5 years old. She is long and lanky, has a soft and silky coat, and proudly boasts her Pyr trademark double dew claws. When she was first rescued, she had a penchant for digging and was considered a flight risk. But with lots of love and attention, this girl settled right down and became a wonderful family pet. She loves her toys and sticks, is good with other dogs and would love to stay with her sister but will be just fine if they are separated. If you are looking for a beautiful companion to complete your pack but are wanting to skip the puppy stage, Freckles could be the right girl for you.
