Say Hello to Dewey. Born approximately April 11, 2015, he is the feistiest of all three brothers and he is the most loveable, staying near his foster mom and getting frequent rubs.  He plays with his brothers outside, but prefers human companionship while inside.  His size does not deter him and he is not afraid to protect what is his. Dewey still has about 5 pounds to get to his ideal weight and he is a little spoiled because he ate a lot of cooked chicken, broth and yogurt when he was sick.  They are still his favorites.

Dewey is a lover and needs a foster family that will give him a lot of love and attention and allow him to snooze near the other family members.  He does not like to be alone.  There is an older Bassett mix in the foster home that is not a fan of the puppies, and as a result, Dewey barks at her a lot and does not stand down.  He gets along great with all of the other dogs in the house and has no fear.
