Pucker up for Tucker, the ultimate love bug.
Tucker is a roughly 1 1/2 -2 year old, seasoned Great Pyrenees. It is a wonder he was ever unwanted. Foster Mom has nothing but the highest praises for him and under the tutelage of his furry foster sibling, he has come out with gold stars all around. He is already house trained, very social and walks well on his leash. With his chewing on toys and other silly puppy behaviors behind him, he is home ready. Mind you, he can be mischievous when he finds a human prize to slink away with. But upon direction he will sweetly surrender as if he was just testing the waters, meaning no harm. His crate is not his favorite place if it is not his idea. He knows he is a big boy that can be trusted with free roam of the house without incident. However if you insist, he will meander on in. After all he aims to please.
True to his Great Pyrenees nature he is gentle. The "giant" part will come later as he continues to enjoy the comforts of a loving home and good food. He is super friendly, enjoys meeting new people and is sweet with children. Snuggles and pets are some of his favorite hobbies. His manners are beautiful. He will leave your furniture alone if that is the rule but he would sure love some snuggle time in bed just before it is time to go to his own for the night.
He loves to play and would enjoy having another dog with whom to wrestle. Possibly one even more seasoned like his foster sibling. One who will continue to show him the ways of the world. But he is a confident boy who would also do well as the center of your attention.
Tucker is so deserving of a last name that will stick. Without question, he is going to be a wonderful companion and any family would be very lucky to count him as part of their pack.
