Nell was probably born in December of 2013 and must have gotten lost soon after that.  She is very frightened with all the sudden changes in her short little life and is actually at a very impressionable age right now, so we are glad she is safe and getting lots of love in a good foster home. She spends most of her time hiding from the other dogs in her new yard right now, but has related extremely well to her new human.  She wants the touch, the closeness and protection she receives from the human and would probably benefit from sleeping in bed right next to someone while she learns that the world is safe and loving.  Her fur is very soft - she could be your pillow.  She will need a little vetting before that can happen, but feel free to ask about her.  She will be ready soon.
