A gorgeous girl with beautiful russet markings, Ruby was born in April of 2013 and is on her way to being a pretty big girl.   She is half border collie and half Great Pyrenees all the way back to her grandparents.  She is trained to a dog door and has learned several commands which she eagerly obeys.  She shows no jealousy of the other dogs and is submissive with the alpha female in the pack.  She is beside herself with joy when she gets to come in and after a several minutes of excited running around the room, she settles down for lots of cuddling - as much as her human can give.  She is trained to the dog door and knows several other commands.  She plays fetch, tug of war, and other games with humans and other dogs.   Her border collie background is most evident in her intelligence and eagerness to please.  She is Opal's sister and they play very well together.

Spin Pyrs are all in foster homes in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.  Potential adopters are asked to make travel arrangements if they live elsewhere.
