Casper was born in late 2011 we think -  his teeth show very little wear and just a little tartar.  He has little bits of color on his ears, face and a leg which adds to the beauty of his design.  Like the friendly ghost, this Casper is also very friendly and sweet with people, other dogs, children, we don't know about cats.  He patrols a short fence but has not shown any interest in going over it.  He has not been inside yet so we don't know if he had any indoor experience prior to becoming a stray.  He should be a permanent member of some wonderful family, so please consider him.
