Meet Mr McCoy. McCoy is a classic pyr, has the big ole head, loves being outside and going on shorter walks (less than 2 miles). He is  leash trained, knows sit and comes when called.  He is shy around strangers.  He is a big love bug and he enjoys nothing more than sleeping on the bed (even though he's not really allowed) or stretching out on the sofa. He is cat safe, he lets them rub all over him and he is fine with children, (he's been around 8-18 year olds) however he will bark at new people brought into his house, until he thinks they are safe.  He will go in a crate, but because he's so big, he would prefer not to be in one.  He's in the 120-140lb range. He is especially sweet and affectionate with people.  If you want a mature friend around, he's your guy.
