if you've seen a dog that howls "I Love You" on TV, you can now have one of your own. Just tell her you love her in a high voice, she will howl it back to you like a clarinet. Seriously! She is a beautiful white long legged gal with lots and lots of energy and curiosity. She was born Dec. 2, 2011, and has an interesting scar in the shape of a wedge across her nose, but she more than compensates for that with a natural grace and beauty. Her sister hd a DNA test that turned up half pyr but a little Blutetick Hound and some Spinone Italiano and Saluki. She is a puppy in every way including the ways that demand plenty of patience. She will eat or chew on anything, but like all puppies she will outgrow that in year or two. She is close to being housebroken, learning basic commands, and tries her best to please. She is VERY vocal, athletic, feisty, fearless and smart. She tries to be a little bossy with the other dogs but is good-natured if they resist. She will be an endless delight to any family that can weather her puppiness.
Spin Pyrs are all in foster homes in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Potential adopters are asked to make travel arrangements if they live elsewhere. All SPIN dogs are spayed or neutered, current on vaccinations and on heartworm prevention. Please go to our website www.SpinRescue.org and fill out an application for this great Great Pyrenees!
