Do you need a description for the beautiful boy in the pictures?!  The blue eyes, the wagging tail, the gentle demeanor - all speak well for him.  He loves children, gets along with cats - in fact they like him too.  He was born in mid 2008 and has been taken in by one of our members after she made friends with him when he was hanging out in her neighborhood.  She had watched him grow into a gentle yet protective adult and decided to take him in and find him a REAL home.  He is a leader dog so might not get along well with another alpha male in a small yard but would be happy on some acreage with dogs that need someone to be in charge.  Zorro is accustomed to having the run of an entire neighborhood and knows where he can find food and water so the person who adopts him should have a strong fence that he cannot climb over, dig under or tear apart, because it will take him a few days to feel safe in a strange place.  It will be worth it to him to be safe from traffic and receive consistent love and care.
