Cotton was born in March of 2010 and is a lovable little girl for sure.  Puppy active, she loves her toys as much as she loves playing with the other dogs in her foster home and she is very much a people dog too.  She can be your best friend as well as the best friend of any 4-legged family members.   Doesn't her adorable face tug at your heart?  Can't you just feel her saying "I'm yours, take me home"?
