Huge Hugo, a mountain with legs

About Hugo

  • Species: Dog

  • General Color: White
  • Declawed: No
Huge Hugo is a magnificent example of the Great Pyrenees breed.  He weighs a skinny 125, and could easily carry a few more pounds.  He is 5 feet long not counting his tail and is 30" tall at the shoulders.  He is very placid, content with just about any situation.  An owner surrender, he received good care and was a goat guard but had some difficulty when he cleared a 4 foot fence and had some chickens (for breakfast).  So - he might guard your goats, but you need a higher fence and he definitely will not guard poultry.  On the other hand, it seems likely that you could put him the den and have all your little children, puppies, etc. climb all over him.  He loves to meet new dogs, is friendly with strangers, walks nicely on a leash, and will even climb in the car if you get in first to remind him how to do it.  If you want to get attention and meet your neighbors, just walk down the street with Hugo!  He was born in 2006.

Hugo is heartworm negative, current on vaccinations and heartworm preventive.  Please fill out an application and give this handsome giant the home he deserves.
