Look at that big beautiful face!  Look at those adorable freckles and those eyes!  This is one gorgeous boy, sweet but very active, possibly a mix but very large.  He was born in 2008 and has had a little trouble finding a good home.  He does not need to be in a home with little, unpredictable children that might suddently decide to sit on him or poke him in the face, but he has always been great with older children who have learned to respect a large dog's space needs.  Please note that he has never bitten a child but he has growled when the child needed a little lesson in doggy politeness.  He loves to play with a great big dog-friend and would be happiest in a home with another large dog and a big yard to play in.  Fortunately he does not ever fight with the other dogs and avoids getting involved in any arguments that the other dogs start.
