Harley is a handsome and affectionate young man who is really a HUGE love sponge. He loves humans and if there is one in sight he is going to be right there noxing them for attention and pets.

Harley gets along and interacts well with other dogs but it's the humans that are his focal point. He likes being outside but prefers being inside with his people.
