Roxie is a sweet young girl who was almost painfully shy when she arrived at her foster home ~ both with most people and the other resident canines.

But, thankfully, she has begun to come out of her pretty white shell and now runs and plays with the other dogs and happily approaches familiar people to be loved on. AND SHE LOVES TO BE LOVED ON!!

Although in her former life she was an outdoor livestock guard dog (a little birdie told us that she developed a bad habit of chasing goats which ended her LGD career) she has lovely indoor house manners.

She is still quite camera shy but we are sure that she would happily pose for a family portrait as soon as her forever family is fortunate enough to discover her.
