Born on September 15, 2006, sweet Estella had a job and a herd of goats to care for until her former owner got rid of the goats and left her to fend for herself in the big ole scary world. She is a wonderful lady. She is friendly and playful and an incredibly pretty girl. Estella is happiest with a doggie companion living with her but it should be a male dog - she insists on being the only female canine in the family. She would especially like to have a child to love and protect, and is very sensitive to the feelings of the adults around her. She adores being petted and groomed and opens her big eyes so wide you could just sink into them and get lost.
She would do best with at least 6' stockade or other type of unclimbable fencing to insure that she will remain safe and secure at home while she gets accustomed to a new yard. It is likely that she will not try to leave a home where she is happy and content and she would probably do well inside all the time although in a new home she may become a little anxious being left alone, at first.
Every dog who is adopted thru the SPIN program is up to date on all vaccinations, spayed or neutered, heartworm negative and on preventative. Please fill out an Adoption Application today.
