Unlike his illustrious namesake this boy is a Lover not a Fighter. Yessirree he is the General in charge of the Love brigade.

Born on August 1, 2004 our sweet Patton is heading up the scouting parties (that would be us here at SPIN) in search of new digs to move in and teach all about the fine art of doggie-love - and all you dog lovers out there know that is the absolute best kind of love there is.

All General Love Bug is going to ask for in return for his commanding presence is a warm house to call home, a nice yard for maneuvers - fenced please ~ a TALL fence because if he can get his head over it his body seems to have a way of oozing over too ~ but he will have to camp indoors during storms 'cause though this boy is a brave guard dog when it comes to his yard he is terrified of thunder, gunshots and other loud noises. And of course he will have to have troops to lavish all his affection on and have them love on him back. General Patton is a great big HONEY BEAR of a dog ~ a TOTAL people dog. The boy doesn't have a shy bone or hair on his body and loves humans - likes to sniff tiny humans in the face and HATES to be left alone. He will definitely need lots of time with his human troops and a dog recruit or two would be ideal also ~ he prefers female troops but gets along with males who will let him be in charge AND he has a way of taking charge. Believe me, when he is left alone the neighboring camps are all privy to his complaints!!

Patton will make some lucky family a grand companion ~ welcoming friends at the door, sleeping by the bed, patrolling the yard and minding the kids.
