Birthday for this cute, energetic young lady is December 1, 2006. She is 1/2 year away from the big #1 and on the top of her Birthday Wish List is - yep, you guessed it - a home and family to call her very own.

She is just as sweet as she can be and smart too, she has mastered the art of using the out-of-doors for potty purposes thanks to the wonderful invention "the doggie door". She will sit and wait for a treat and is learning to sit when someone comes in the front door and patiently (well kinda, as patient as a pup can be) wait for her pet. She smiles constantly, you would be hard pressed to find a dog happier to get even one ounce of love. Every chance she gets she will climb into your lap for love and attention. She loves to play but loves even more getting a pet and praise from people.

She is also absolutely wonderful with kids. Her foster mother has a young nephew that has cerebal palsy and he came for an overnite visit recently and Kerri Anne was amazing with him, gentle and careful not to knock into him or his walker. He is usually afraid of the dogs but he took to Kerri Anne immediately, she would be the best companion ever for any child.

She is also learning to walk on a leash (right now she regards it as in instrument of torture) so that she will be ready to accompany her new family on walks and outings and soak up the oohhhs and aahhhhs that her beauty will no doubt bring from everyone she meets.
