Alert the media! Alert the media!! Hurry!! The dauntingly dapper Dominic is ready for love.

This sweet 2 year old was a pitiful mess when he was rescued by a caring SPIN volunteer. He was little more than a bag of bones, was heartworm positive and had tapeworms and mange but that did not dull the hope shining in his "I'm a good dog" eyes. All of his maladies have been treated and he is once again the magnificent dog we all knew he would be. Dominic has never met a pan of dog kibble that he did not consider his friend and gained his needed weight back in no time at all.

Dominic is a sweet, laid-back, mellow gentledog who has so much love and laughter to give - dogs laugh with their tails you know and you should see how hard this boy's tail laughs.

He gets along with children and cats and other dogs that don't mind him being the boss. He has never shown aggression toward any other dog but will let them know with a low growl that he is top dog and WILL be in charge.

He has nice house manners and doesn't mind spending time in his room (aka a crate). And if someone happens to leave some of their belongings on the floor, well Dominic has far too much class to lower himself to destroy, mangle or mutilate anything.

Sweet Dominic really loves his foster mom but he is still searching (he is conducting interviews too) for that forever home - a place where a dog can put down roots and become someone's lifelong friend, companion and buddy.

Dominic has found his home!
