Our Schrader has aspirations to be a "Livestock Guard Dog". He is living in a foster home with sheep and poultry and does great with both but he also wants to guard the house too so doesn't always follow the sheep. He just needs some tutoring from an experienced LGD, he would be a great pupil.

He is growing like a weed and is very affectionate. He loves to chew on his rawhides, which he buries in the straw to hide them from the sheep at night. He also loves to play when he's not on duty with the sheep or the house. He would be a wonderful family dog for someone with a farm.

He is always on guard, doesn't let anything go unnoticed and checks everything. Wouldn't you love to have that kind of guardian for your family? He is simply great with people and animals of all shapes and sizes.
