Izzie came to SPIN with a serious if not life-threatening injury sustained when she tangled with a car. One of her legs had been grievously injured and had been left untreated.

Undaunted by this SPIN jumped right in and came to her rescue. She was wisked off and had surgery to repair the damage. She was facing a long recovery surpervised by SPIN's very own resident "Dog Nurse" when lo and behold she was spotted by a real life people nurse who simply fell in love with her and she with him.

So Miss Izzie's story is going to have a happy ending. She will have a brand new home and a brand new life and continue her recovery in the care of her new Nurse Daddy.
