Laura is 1 1/2 to 2 years old and very sweet. She has just arrived and we are getting to know her but this much we already know, she gets along with all the other dogs here and has not had any 'accidents' in the house so she appears to be housetrained.

She is recovering nicely from her little lady snip-n-tuck operation (you know the one that will allow her to live the life of a Princess without worrying about puppies to take care of).

She does have one foot that is not quite right, perhaps from an old injury that just did not heal properly, but it doesn't slow her down one bit. Sometimes she walks on all fours and sometimes she will hold it up and scoot around on three. When she is feeling just a little bit more chipper we will have her foot evaluated and decide the way to get her all fixed up.

5/20/06 Laura went home with her new family today. Moral of the story, even a dog that is a little "broken" has a perfect match waiting for him or her.
