Clyde is a 6 yr old Pyr mix who needs a home & job. His mom & dad had to move to Costa Rica & they didn't want poor Clyde to sit for 6 mos in quarantine, so they asked SPIN to find him a loving home.
Clyde loves young girls; one of his jobs was to walk them to & from the bus stop everyday to go to school. He also was the steadying force for his elderly neighbors; he would walk with them to the mailbox everyday. Now he is living with a diabetic & seems to know when her sugar level is out of whack and sticks close by her.
5/16/06 Clyde went on a home visit today and decided to stay. He walked right up to his new dad (who is confined to a wheelchair) looked at him eye to eye, laid down with his head on the gentleman's feet and then rolled over on his back. Congratulations to the gentleman, he was just adopted by a Pyr.
He is fine with cats & with small dogs; he lived most of his life with a Chihuahua. He seems to be intimidated by large dogs, and is afraid of rowdy little boys, but fine if they are calm. He loves grown men.
Clyde has been shaved but his fur will grow out to be long & luxurious.
Clyde is just very sad now as he feels he doesn't have a job. Can you help Clyde & give him a purpose in life?
