Lisa is a Pyr mix born Thanksgiving 2005. She was adopted into a home where she is dearly loved but she has to find another home now due to sad circumstances beyond her control.  She functions best as the only dog and requires an adult who is a strong leader, perhaps would enjoy older chldren (partial to girls) but probably not another dog.  She enjoys being both inside and outside and needs a fence at least 6 to 7 feet tall. She returns her care with love, protection (with a strong bark), vocal communication and smiles.  Though protective of people, she is frightened of some things such as loud noises, flashing lights, riding in the car.  She loves to go on walks but requires a metal collar, leash and stong human leader.
