Hi, my name is Angel. I am looking for a family for this holiday season. I have had a rough few months since my family dumped me out on a country road and left me to fend for myself. Fortunately a kind person in the car behind them saw me, and picked me up as I chased after my family. We are now looking for a new home for me.

I am a gorgeous Pointer/Lab mix about medium size (60#) and around 8 yrs old. I am spayed, vaccinated, and have been treated for heartworms. My foster Mom is an attorney in Rockwall who will help my new family with vet costs and vaccinations “pro-bone-o”. She adores me, and wants the right family for me so will require a vet check, home check and references to make sure I am a good fit with my new family.

I would probably be best suited for a family where I would be the only dog and can live inside. I like to get and give lots of attention and am housetrained. I keep my foster mom entertained by tricks I have learned such as sit, roll over and wave at people. Don’t let the white muzzle fool you, I am VERY active, and can run fast. Sometimes when I get bored I dig craters, so my foster Mom says I need someone with patience to help me get overcome some of my less desirable habits. A back yard with a tall wooden fence I can’t dig out of is a must.

I am grateful to have a foster home with someone who I love as much as she loves me, but I am ready to find my new forever home. We could be sharing Christmas together this year.
