Marco Polo is a very affectionate young man who loves to sit by his humans to be scratched and petted. His favorite spot is with his head on your lap. He is great with kids, and cats, however thinks turkeys are fun toys for him to play with. Marco Polo was on his own for a while, so is quite thin. He has been gaining weight since finding the joys of a food bowl filled more than once a day.

Marco is learning manners, such as walking on a leash, sit and stay. He loves to be outside and loves to run, so will require a strong fence. Marco Polo would like nothing more than for someone to discover his wonderful personality traits. He is the kind of guy who thrives on human interaction, yet still has the Pyrenees independent nature. Marco is a bit shy around sharp noises and movements but is slowly overcomng his fears. He is blossoming into a truly fine Gentle Giant who will be a special addition to a special family.
