There are Grizzly bears, Black bears and teddy bears. This bear is a Pyr-bear, a unique individual Bear of the Great Pyrenees variety.

Bear is an incredibly gentle, eager to please Pyrenees. He loves people, other dogs and cats. He gets along with everyone. Bear likes to show off his manicure and will offer his paw to anyone who will take the time to talk to him.

Bear is an honor student who is learning basic obedience skills as well as how to walk on a leash. He will go to great lengths to be near and please his human family. He knows his name and unlike some others of his species, he answers to it.

Bear recently discovered there is air conditioning in the house so now this is one of his favorite spots. We suspect he has never known the joy of being cool in his wooly summer parka before.

Bear is looking for the perfect family he can protect, play with, but most of all love with his big Pyr-bear heart. He will be ready for his new home after September 5.

Bear adopted a great family and will have a boy of his own to pamper and protect.
