Shady is 70 lbs of love who gets along well with kids, dogs and cats. Shady is a very polite, unassumng girl who's lack of one back leg does not seem to deter her in the least. She can run, climb stairs, do anything a four legged dog can do.

Shady is a good watch girl for her foster home. She also loves to be inside snuggled up with her buddies both human and canine. Shady had been considered at one time as a therapy dog for disabled children. Wouldn't that be a great lesson to have a three legged therapy dog?

Shady is a sweet girl who is looking for that special family with whom she can share her heart.

Shady now has a family of her own, complete with two boys!

Every dog who is adopted thru the SPIN program is up to date on all vaccinations, spayed or neutered, heartworm negative and on preventative.
