Angel could not be better named! She is a sweet and gentle angel of a dog who is a 2-year-old Yellow Labrador and Great Pyrenees mix. She looks like a yellow lab except for her black and white Pyrenees spots on her underside. She is shorthaired so her coat is low-maintenance.
Angel seems to have gotten the best of both breeds: she is gentle, mellow and sweet like the Pyrenees but she wags her tail furiously, smiles and talks to you like a Lab. She has perfect manners and would never jump on you or be too pushyshe would do well with children or anyone else who is looking for a sweet companion dog.
Angels vocal chords were cut or damaged so she has a very soft bark. She can move right into your house and is so easy that you will think she has always been there. She is a somewhat shy submissive lady and would do fine in a multiple dog household and she does fine with cats too. Angel is fully house-trained and knows how to sit on command.
Angel has a special place in her heart for an elderly woman who lives next door to her. We would love to find a home who has an elderly family member Angel could spend time with.
Do you have room in your heart for an Angel?
