Dave was found by one of our SPINners, who we have nicknamed the "Pyr Magnet". Dave was apparently a flea market reject, possibly because of an abcess on one arm which is being treated and should be fine soon. Dave was born in mid January of this year. He still has the milk teeth of a baby Pyr, altho the size and manners of an older dog. He also has the incredibly sweet dispositon of a Pyr. Dave is going to be a big boy, his feet are already the size of catchers mitts, with a wide back end and tapering shoulders. Can you say "Buffed"? Dave's first nite inside he had NO accidents in the house. Not bad for a 12 week old pup! Right now he is very underweight at only 45#, but will catch up soon. Watch for updated pictures on this lovely boy. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dave has been adopted by a family with two little girls, just like his foster family. They have had Pyrs before so know what to expect as far as his growth and won't be surprised when he turns into a Giant!

Every dog who is adopted thru the SPIN program is up to date on all vaccinations, spayed or neutered, heartworm negative and on preventative.
