Meet Rascal!  Born around June 2023, this pint-sized boy is on the small side for a Great Pyrenees.  We think he is possibly mixed with Australian Shepherd.  He weighed a mere 46 pounds at one year of age, and will likely top out around 60 pounds when he reaches full adulthood.

Rascal was found as a stray when he was a little tyke and stole our hearts right away.  He is silly, easy going, and friendly. He loves all people and adores getting their affection and playing with them.

He is just as friendly with other dogs and loves playing with all he meets.

He adores cats and is great with them.  

Rascal is very intelligent.  He is food driven, so training him is easy.  He sits well.  He is leash trained and crate trained.  He doesn’t bark much.  And he enjoys car rides.

With his happy disposition, he will make a wonderful addition to a family who will include him in lots of activities.  He excels at spreading cheer!

SPIN Pyrs are all in foster homes in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Adoption fees are $300 for dogs under 1 year old, $250 for dogs 1-7 years old, $200 for dogs over 7 years old.  Potential adopters are asked to make travel arrangements if they live elsewhere.
