Meet Kai!  Do you need someone in your life who never stops smiling?  Adopt Kai!  He is always happy.  He loves every person, child, and dog he meets.  He is a sweet soul who just wants to love you.

Born around August 2023 and found as a stray, Kai is a big boy and will likely reach over 100 pounds as an adult.  He has a wonderfully thick white coat with tan accents.

He knows many commands and loves car rides, walks, adventure, children, and mulching all your sticks in the yard. He greets every dog, child, and person at the dog park.

He is very playful and always looking for someone to play with his blankies, fetch, tug, or cuddle.  His fuzzy blanket is his favorite toy. He takes it everywhere with him, tosses it in the air, rolls around with it, hides his toys in it, and plays with it for hours.

He likes to play ball and will softly bring it back to your hands. He also likes ropes and chew toys.

He is fully house trained.  He is leash trained and loves going for walks.  He doesn’t bark much, only when he wants to warn you of something outside his window.

We believe he would do well with cats.  He ignored the only one he met while Kai was on a walk.

OUR REQUIREMENTS FOR PUPPY ADOPTION:
    1) PUPPIES WILL ONLY BE PLACED IN HOMES WITH YOUTHFUL, PLAYFUL, DOGS. This helps integrate the dog into your household easier by giving the pup a mentor.
     2) In addition to the youthful playful dog, someone MUST also be home at least part of the day.  Please do not apply for a puppy if you are gone 8-10 hours a day. It is not a good situation for you or the puppy.
     3) You must have plans in place to socialize your puppy properly.
     4) Our puppies are not livestock dogs.  They must be family pets that are allowed inside the home.

SPIN Pyrs are all in foster homes in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Adoption fees are $300 for dogs under 1 year old, $250 for dogs 1-7 years old, $200 for dogs over 7 years old. Potential adopters are asked to make travel arrangements if they live elsewhere. All SPIN dogs are spayed or neutered, current on vaccinations and on heartworm prevention.
