She is the absolute sweetest puppy!  Born around December 2022, she is on track to be a regular-sized Pyr, around 80 pounds as an adult.

Daisy came to us from a local animal shelter where she was brought in with a dislocated femur.  After surgery in March, she is doing really well, and runs and plays normally.

Daisy has never met anyone or anything she didn’t like; dogs, cats, people, and horses are all potential new besties!  We think she will love hanging out with children.  She will need to be watched with babies and toddlers, as she can be boisterous.

As with most Pyr puppies, she will need a gently firm guiding hand and a playful older dog to continue to teach her proper manners.

Driving Miss Daisy is a pleasure as she travels very well on long car rides.

She is house trained and dog door trained.  If the dog door is closed, she will let you know that she needs to go out.

At night, she sweetly sleeps on the floor next to her foster mom.

With her white eyelashes and happy personality, Daisy is easy to love and ready for her forever family.

OUR REQUIREMENTS FOR PUPPY ADOPTION:
    1) PUPPIES WILL ONLY BE PLACED IN HOMES WITH YOUTHFUL, PLAYFUL, DOGS. This helps integrate the dog into your household easier by giving the pup a mentor.
     2) In addition to the youthful playful dog, someone MUST also be home at least part of the day.  Please do not apply for a puppy if you are gone 8-10 hours a day. It is not a good situation for you or the puppy.
     3) You must have plans in place to socialize your puppy properly.
     4) Our puppies are not livestock dogs.  They must be family pets that are allowed inside the home.

Please watch this short video which demonstrates how puppies learn polite behavior from their adult dog mentors.  https://youtu.be/R6N8STRl2aI0

SPIN Pyrs are all in foster homes in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Potential adopters are asked to make travel arrangements if they live elsewhere. All SPIN dogs are spayed or neutered, current on vaccinations and on heartworm prevention. Please go to our website www.SpinRescue.org and fill out an application for this great Great Pyrenees!
