Meet Rocky! Born around May 2020, this handsome fella is pure Pyr love! He is so handsome and soft, one big teddy bear. Currently weighing 82 pounds, his full adult weight will likely be around 90-95 pounds.
Rocky, (aka Rocky, the sweet and handsome) is a curious kid and really loving. If you allow it, you will have the cleanest ears ever, thanks to his very thorough cleaning of them!
He loves all people. He is a little cautious when first meeting new people, then he warms up quickly. He is great with babies, toddlers, kids, and everyone! He is still learning to control his puppy exuberance and refrain from jumping up on people.
Rocky plays hard and crashes hard. He needs an active family to include him on vacations, hikes, biking, outings to the park, and other fun activities.
He loves to be outside exploring. He hopes his forever home has nice yard space where he can run and play. He’s not really into toys. His favorite plaything is other dogs!
Rocky must have a playful doggy companion in his forever home. He is an equal opportunity playmate. As long as the other dog is willing to play, he’s game whether they’re big or small.
He is sweet with cats, too.
He loves romping and playing in the rain! And he likes to wade in shallow water.
Rocky is house trained, leash trained, crate trained, and rides well in a car. He is also learning to “sit” and “leave it.” Unlike most puppies, he is not a big eater or chewer.
He doesn’t bark very much, only at the doorbell and when a car is coming up the driveway.
Whoever adopts this big love will be lucky indeed.
