OUR REQUIREMENTS FOR PUPPY ADOPTION:
1) PUPPIES WILL ONLY BE PLACED IN HOMES WITH YOUTHFUL, PLAYFUL, DOGS. This helps integrate the dog into your household easier by giving the pup a mentor.
2) In addition to the youthful playful dog, someone MUST also be home at least part of the day. Please do not apply for a puppy if you are gone 8-10 hours a day. It is not a good situation for you or the puppy.
3) You must have plans in place to socialize your puppy properly.
4) Our puppies are not livestock dogs. They must be family pets that are allowed inside the home.

Meet Duffy! She is a sweet young thing who loves life! Born about May 2020, Duffy is a well-proportioned pocket Pyr, weighing about 55 pounds. Full of energy and curiosity, she will keep you on your toes as she gets comfortable in your home.
Duffy gets along well with dogs of all sizes, especially if they’re playful! Duffy would probably do better in a multiple pet home at this time, because she loves to play. She must have a large, playful doggy companion in her forever home.
She has not been tested with cats.
Duffy can be a tad stubborn when she’s afraid, and she’s perfected passive resistance! But when she gets over her fear, she’s a loving companion with a willingness to please.
Being a little on the smaller side, she’ll sometimes need help loading into the car, but she rides well once inside.
Duff-Duff enjoys the merits of a good water puddle, so if fastidiousness is a must for you, she may not be a good match. But if you can overlook a little dirty fun, she’ll make a wonderful addition to your family!
SPIN Pyrs are all in foster homes in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Potential adopters are asked to make travel arrangements if they live elsewhere.
