Meet Ezra! Born around December 2016, this handsome and unique looking boy is at his perfect weight of around 100 pounds.

Ezra is an absolute rock star and one heck of a fighter!  He came to SPIN when a good Samaritan found him on the side of the road.  He had been shot and left for dead.  After lots of around the clock veterinary care and lots of love from his foster parents, Ezra made a full recovery!

Sweet Ezra is such a lovebug!  He loves to snuggle, supervise dinner prep, guard his people from sketchy looking birds and squirrels, and be a total goofball; oh, and he LOVES toys!

He will gladly give you his paw so you can trim nails, roll over for belly rubs, and sit on command.  He walks well on leash and enjoys going on lots of walks.  He’s crate trained and LOVES car rides.  He cutely and politely enjoys an occasional puppuccino.

Ezra is gentle with older children, is a little concerned about cats as they move so darned fast, and really just wants to live out his life as an only canine companion to the perfect family.  He doesn’t need much in life besides a soft bed, belly rubs, yummy food, and the love and validation of humans.

His pyr-fect family would be one that’s laid back and really has a heart for helping ‘the underdogs’ in life.  Ezra needs a family that won’t judge his blindness in one eye, and understands that he may need a moment longer than other doggos to be comfortable with new situations and surroundings, and a family that really loves is unique coloring.

Ezra is an absolute diamond in the ‘ruff’ and some family is just an application away from hitting the doggy lotto with Ezzie (what his foster mom calls him).

SPIN Pyrs are all in foster homes in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Potential adopters are asked to make travel arrangements if they live elsewhere.
