OUR REQUIREMENTS FOR PUPPY ADOPTION:
    1) PUPPIES WILL ONLY BE PLACED IN HOMES WITH YOUTHFUL, PLAYFUL, DOGS. This helps integrate the dog into your household easier by giving the pup a mentor.
     2) In addition to the youthful playful dog, someone MUST also be home at least part of the day.  Please do not apply for a puppy if you are gone 8-10 hours a day. It is not good situation for you or the puppy.
     3) You must have plans in place to socialize your puppy properly.
     4) Our puppies are not livestock dogs.  They must be family pets that are allowed inside the home.

Meet Ozzy!  This spunky puppy was born around June 2019.  When he’s all grown up, his ideal weight will probably be around 80 pounds.

Ozzy has lots of confidence and is quite social with people and other dogs.  He is a tiny fearless beastie!  He’s a nut!  He gets spurts of high puppy energy, then is ready to lounge like a proper Pyr.

He makes a whole lot of noise for a little guy.  He loves playing with big dogs, crawling on them as they lay, nibbling gently their ears, cleaning their face, and snuggling into them, making crazy gremlin noises!

He is comfortable with all dogs, large and small, male and female, as long as they will play with him!  He loves to play tug with them.  He needs a playful canine companion in his forever home.  If you don’t already have a suitable fur buddy for him, adopt one from us!

Baby Ozzy walks well on leash; he is just easily distracted by all of the wonderful smells and sounds.  He rides nicely in a car and is working on his house training.

He has grown up around cats and knows when to respect them and give them their space.

SPIN Pyrs are all in foster homes in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Potential adopters are asked to make travel arrangements if they live elsewhere.
