Meet Shiloh! This giant, serene puppy was born around March 2019. When he was four-months old, he already weighed 50 pounds! He will likely be enormous as an adult, in excess of 100 pounds. Just look at that spectacular, big head!

Big baby Shiloh is so sweet and calm. With his soulful face and deep, expressive eyes, he seems like an old soul in a puppy body.

He really is the perfect puppy. He is the perfect balance of playfulness, calmness, and affection without being needy or demanding. He is adorable no matter what he is doing.

He is super-cuddly with his humans, and he is good with kids. When you walk up to him, he will roll over on his back for belly rubs. He likes being on the bed with his people and will snuggle close to you all night.

He is hilarious to watch and will make you laugh all the time! He is so silly and playful. He will gently head-butt you and rub against you like a cat!

He is so cute when playing with his big canine foster brothers. He loves playing chase and wrestling with them. He is a little toughie and talks back to them, but he respects them at the same time if they really tell him off. He respects the dogs that don’t care to play, and he knows which dogs are his rough and tumble playmates.

In his forever home, he needs a big dog companion that has the energy to play with him.  If you don’t already have a fur-buddy for him, adopt one from us!  He also needs a human who is home a lot to help him continue learning proper doggy manners.

Shiloh is pretty low maintenance and easy to have around. He is eager to please, especially when the incentive is peanut butter! He is very food motivated, so treats are a great training tool with him.

He is house trained and doggy-door trained. He is smart enough to let himself outside when he needs to go potty.

He is leash trained. He is not crate trained and has no need for one. He rides nicely in a car. He knows how to swim, but he is not a fan of it!

He even has a bunny friend! He is very gentle with the house bunnies in his foster home, so we think he would be equally nice with house cats.
