Meet Jorge! This handsome boy was born around April 2018. He is on the small side at 65 pounds, and will probably weigh around 80 pounds when full-grown.
Jorge is affectionate, easy going, and silly! He is very friendly with people and great with kids. He seeks your attention and loves to be petted. He especially enjoys having his booty scratched! He will smack you with an insistent Pyr-paw when he wants cuddles.
He delightfully plays with all kinds of toys. He even likes playing in the water bowl! He might like to dip his toes in a pool, creek, or pond.
Since Jorge is young and active, he needs a forever doggy companion. He plays really well with the other dogs and enjoys being with them regardless of size or gender.
He even loves cats! He savors their company and plays gently with them.
Jorge relishes being outside. He has the cutest habit of plopping into a seated position and looking at the door handle expectantly when he sees you’re about to reach for it. He can’t wait to get out there to romp in the yard and to lay and watch things.
He is house trained, leash trained, crate trained, and rides nicely in a car. He is generally quiet, only occasionally barking at things outside the fence.
SPIN Pyrs are all in foster homes in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Potential adopters are asked to make travel arrangements if they live elsewhere.
