Meet Gordita! Born around April 2017, this sweet girl is petite and fully-grown at about 55 pounds.
She is happy all the time! We think she is mixed with Golden Retriever because of her vibrant personality and willingness to please.
Gordita is very gentle with people. She absolutely adores kids and would love to be in a home with children. In new situations, she is reserved but friendly. Once she is comfortable, her light truly shines!
While she plays well with the dogs in her foster home, she can be selective of who her friends are, and she prefers male dogs.
She would be perfectly fine as an only dog.
This little pumpkin is house trained, leash trained, and crate trained. She usually only barks if she hears something of concern on the other side of her fence. She really enjoys playing with toys. And she does fine with housecats.
SPIN Pyrs are all in foster homes in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Potential adopters are asked to make travel arrangements if they live elsewhere. All SPIN dogs are spayed or neutered, current on vaccinations and on heartworm prevention. Please go to our website www.SpinRescue.org and fill out an application for this great Great Pyrenees!
