Meet Charlie!  He has the sweetest face in the world.  After one look into his eyes, you’ll be under his spell.  He is a tall, long-legged, handsome boy and is nearly filled out to his full adult weight; he is looking good at 85 pounds.  He was born around February 2017.

 

Charlie is a hoot!  He is still in his toddler stage, and is just the cutest, funniest bugger.  He loves playing with his foster siblings, and he needs a playful doggy companion in his forever home.  His best fur friends in the world are Jozye and Kona who are also available for adoption.  He makes friends easily, so if you already have a BFF in mind for him, he is sure to love them too.

 

He is a really good dog.  He is good with kids and fine with seniors.  He doesn’t give the Pyr-paw.  He just comes up and looks at you with those big brown soulful eyes, asking for a little bit of attention or a scratch on his head.

 

Charlie learns quickly and easily.  He is house trained.  He crate trained really fast, and even likes his crate.  Just say “crate,” and he goes right in.  He is happy to take his meals in it, and he is happy to sleep in it.

He loves riding in a car, looking through the middle console to see where you’re going.

 

While he is eager to please, he is still learning his leash manners - and foster mom is learning not to leave the leash with him on car rides or he’ll eat it!  He has about six more months of puppy behavior before he transitions to more mature adult dog manners.
