Meet Woody!  This gorgeous boy was born around April 2018 and weighs around 90 pounds.

He loves everyone and loves to give kisses!  He is the best boy!  He loves to cuddle and give hugs - hugging is his favorite thing!  He will stand and hug you if allowed.  He loves to lean into you while you walk.

He is a beautiful, sweet boy - as sweet as can be.  He has a very laid-back disposition.

Home is his favorite place to be.  He is not comfortable going to dog parks or social outings.  He just wants to be in the safely of his home with his people and furry companions.

He is very polite and friendly when meeting new people; he goes right up to them, but is not overly exuberant.  He prefers that people take a calm approach when meeting him for the first time.

This soft-hearted boy needs a person who is at home a lot.  He craves having people around him.  If there are children in the home, they should be big enough that he won’t accidentally knock them over.

His forever doggy companion needs to be big enough and young enough to keep up with his playful energy as he grows through his puppy stage.  He loves playing with the male and female dogs of all sizes in his foster home.

He loves playing with toys and entertains himself sometimes!  He likes playing with ice, soft rubber toys, and chew toys.  He picks up a toy, drops it, and chases it!  He jumps, twists, and turns when playing!  At dinner time, he turns circles while following you!

Woody is house trained and pet-door trained.  He is a quiet boy; you won’t hear him barking very much.  He is good on a leash, is crate trained, and rides quietly and contentedly in a car.

SPIN Pyrs are all in foster homes in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Potential adopters are asked to make travel arrangements if they live elsewhere. All SPIN dogs are spayed or neutered, current on vaccinations and on heartworm prevention. Please go to our website www.SpinRescue.org and fill out an application for this great Great Pyrenees!
