OUR REQUIREMENTS FOR PUPPY ADOPTION:
    1) PUPPIES WILL ONLY BE PLACED IN HOMES WITH YOUTHFUL, PLAYFUL, DOGS. This helps integrate the dog into your household easier by giving the pup a mentor.
     2) In addition to the youthful playful dog, someone MUST also be home at least part of the day.  Please do not apply for a puppy if you are gone 8-10 hours a day. It is not good situation for you or the puppy.
     3) You must have plans in place to socialize your puppy properly.
     4) Our puppies are not livestock dogs.  They must be family pets that are allowed inside the home.

Please watch this short video which demonstrates how puppies learn polite behavior from their adult dog mentors.  https://youtu.be/3aoG4Ia_9P0

Meet Love!  This cutie pie was born around 12/01/2017.  She is all puppy, and all paws!  When she’s full-grown, she’ll likely be around 80 pounds.

Little Love is shy and submissive upon first meeting new people.  She warms up quickly to reveal her very sweet and friendly self. Once she knows you, she wants to be your best friend!

This silly baby likes digging in her water bowl and playing with tug ropes.  She loves playing with soft, squeaky toys most of all!

She really loves playing with other dogs and can be quite rough since she is a big puppy. Her forever doggy companion should also enjoy rough and tumble wrestling fun and then flopping down to chew on each other’s legs and ears.  If you need a dog buddy for her, you could also adopt her bestie in the world, Myrtle!

Baby Love is house trained, leash trained, crate trained, and rides nicely in a car!  The housecats in her foster home are teaching her that kitties don’t like to play chase!

Because she’s still learning to control her big, growing puppy paws, she’s best placed in a home without very small children.  She could easily knock them over in her clumsy enthusiasm.  She is great with older kids.

SPIN Pyrs are all in foster homes in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Potential adopters are asked to make travel arrangements if they live elsewhere. All SPIN dogs are spayed or neutered, current on vaccinations and on heartworm prevention. Please go to our website www.SpinRescue.org and fill out an application for this great Great Pyrenees!
