Meet Clute!  This loving boy was born around 2/01/2011 and is a humongous 120 pounds! He is a very mellow guy and as sweet as can be.  He’s a total doll, and you might fall in love with him at first site!

Mr. Goofy is 95% slug and 5% playful hot mess.  He likes to sleep and cuddle with people on the couch.  You never know when he'll to get a burst of energy and run around the house while throwing his toys around!  He likes to wrestle from time-to-time, but is usually just a great snuggle buddy.

He is leash trained and does great on walks.  He doesn't like to go too far, and he is never in a hurry to get anywhere, and prefers a slow saunter.  He shows minimal interest in other dogs on his walks; they don’t bother him at all.

Clute is fine living with other dogs in his home.  He might also be fine as an only dog.  We don’t know how he is with cats, but can find out if needed.  His sheer size makes living with small children not advisable.

He would love for his new home to have a yard for his occasional crazy romping, and for long lazy days in fresh air.

He’s not a fan of stairs and is super awkward getting his long legs to navigate them, so he would do best in a single-level home.  He might not even challenge a fence, as lumbering over or under one wouldn’t be worth the effort.

This boy is house trained and rides nicely in a car.  He’s not much of a barker, unless he wants to warn you about the occasional motorcycle, or ambulance going down the street, or objectional tv sounds.

SPIN Pyrs are all in foster homes in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Potential adopters are asked to make travel arrangements if they live elsewhere. All SPIN dogs are spayed or neutered, current on vaccinations and on heartworm prevention. Please go to our website www.SpinRescue.org and fill out an application for this great Great Pyrenees!
