OUR REQUIREMENTS FOR PUPPY ADOPTION:
    1) PUPPIES WILL ONLY BE PLACED IN HOMES WITH YOUTHFUL, PLAYFUL, DOGS. This helps integrate the dog into your household easier by giving the pup a mentor.
     2) In addition to the youthful playful dog, someone MUST also be home at least part of the day.  Please do not apply for a puppy if you are gone 8-10 hours a day. It is not good situation for you or the puppy.
     3) You must have plans in place to socialize your puppy properly. 
     4) Our puppies are not livestock dogs.  They must be family pets that are allowed inside the home.

Meet Thunder!  He is one huge boy!  He was born around 3/25/2017.  At eight months of age, he was already a whopping 80 pounds!  He could be a gigantic 115 pounds when he’s full grown after another year.

He is an absolutely gorgeous classic Great Pyrenees. He looks like a huge, puffy, white cloud. If you want a classic Pyr that is going to be very big and fluffy, Thunder is your dog. He turns heads wherever he goes.  

He was supposed to be a guard dog at the farm, but he didn’t pass the chicken guarding test.  He said, “I want to be a house dog!”  So we are finding him a home where his only job is to be with his humans and soak up attention.  He is very loving and willing to please his humans.

Mr. Gorgeous is good with kids, cats, and other dogs.  In fact, we require that his new home has at least one other youthful, playful doggy companion for him to play with and learn from.  (If you don’t have a dog companion for him already, you can adopt one from us!)  He is polite to older, less active dogs, but he will not be fully happy unless he has an active canine buddy.

This guy is so cute!  He looks like a pup on steroids!  He will make you feel very protected as you walk the neighborhood.  No one will want to tangle with him!  They don’t need to know that he is really a big sweetheart.

SPIN Pyrs are all in foster homes in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Potential adopters are asked to make travel arrangements if they live elsewhere.
