Meet Baby Brooke! This beauty was born around March 15, 2017 and came into rescue with her Momma Bella. We expect she’ll be a big girl when fully grown, around 85 pounds.
Before being rescued, Baby Brooke came dangerously close to not getting the chance to continue her life. Her family lost their home and had to give her up. The shelter was out of room, and that’s where she was in peril. Luckily she was transferred to another shelter that had more space; after that our group was able to place her in a foster home where she is thankfully safe.
She is one well-behaved puppy! She is surprisingly low-key for a pup her age. While she likes to play, she is not hyperactive. She loves splashing around in a bit of water, but she’ not too sure about a full-on swim. So far, she has shown no signs of chewing in appropriate items.
This adorable pumpkin loves kids. She gets along great with dogs of all sizes and is oblivious to the cats in her foster home. It's hard to resist her adorable face and personality.
We’re still working on explaining our human conventions for leashing training, house training, and other basic commands. She’s picking it up pretty quickly. She already makes it through the night without an accident, and makes it through day if let out frequently enough.
Baby Brooke is available for adoption only in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and only on a foster-to-adopt basis. After she has had all of her vaccinations and her spay, she will be available throughout the U.S.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ADOPTION OF THIS PUPPY:
