Meet Meme!  She was born around January 1, 2016.  She is young and playful!  She is so excited to wake up in the morning, give kisses, have breakfast, and run laps in the yard!

Meme came from a local shelter that picked her up as a stray.  She immediately took to her foster mom but was a bit shyer with dad.  She is cautious when visitors come to the house, but it doesn’t take long for her to seek out their attention.

After only two days in her foster home with good meals, grooming, walks, love, and attention, Meme was already overcoming her hesitance and becoming more self-assured.

She loves going for walks and lounging with the family in the house.  She does great on leash and is getting more confident with every passing day.  She is house trained.  She has no need for a crate, because she can be trusted with free roam of the house.  She is really happy when she has a basket of toys and bones to keep her busy.

Meme gets along great with the other two female Pyrenees living in her foster home, so she should be fine living with one or more doggy companions.  She has also been fine when she was the only dog at home alone with foster mom or dad; so she should be fine as an only dog if her humans are home a lot.  We don’t know how she is around cats or children.

Meme is very affectionate and lovable.  She is happiest being in the same room as the rest of her family.  She will be a wonderful addition to a family that will give her the love she deserves.

SPIN Pyrs are all in foster homes in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Potential adopters are asked to make travel arrangements if they live elsewhere. All SPIN dogs are spayed or neutered, current on vaccinations and on heartworm prevention. Please go to our website www.SpinRescue.org and fill out an application for this great Great Pyrenees!
