Meet Jolene!  She is a remarkable little puppy with a strong will to live.

Our rescue group learned about her in mid-July 2017 when she was at a veterinary clinic.  Tiny Jolene was only 7 pounds at 3-4 months of age.  She was anemic, had intestinal worms and many other problems.  She needed immediate intense and expensive treatment to survive the night.  She received blood transfusions and lots of other treatment and medications.  The generous rescue community stepped in quickly with money to cover Jolene’s medical expenses.

Baby Jolene responded well to the medical treatment and to the abundant love she received from the vet clinic and her new foster home.  Only ten days after we first got her, Jolene was already healthy and playful!  Lots of fun!  Acting like a big dog in a little body!

As Jolene gains weight and confidence, she gains the ability to steal your heart even more!  She loves her humans and fur family.   Foster mom even received a first "pyr paw" from Jolene!  What a reward.

Beautiful Jolene is a pistol for sure!   She has no fear!

REQUIREMENTS FOR ADOPTION OF THIS PUPPY:
    1) THIS PUPPY WILL ONLY BE PLACED IN A HOME WITH YOUTHFUL, PLAYFUL, DOGS. This helps integrate the dog into your household easier by giving the pup a mentor.
     2) In addition to the youthful playful dog, someone MUST also be home at least part of the day.  Please do not apply for this puppy if you are gone 8-10 hours a day. It is not good situation for you or the puppy.
     3) You must have plans in place to socialize your puppy properly. 
     4) This puppy is not a livestock dog.  She must be a family pet that is allowed inside the home.

SPIN Pyrs are all in foster homes in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Potential adopters are asked to make travel arrangements if they live elsewhere.
